Very few Archive Editors will collect all their field data themselves. Family members, typically, might be persuaded to send in details of memorials in their area. To standardise recording the CMIAR Recording Form provides the recommended format.
Just Click on RECORDING FORM and print a copy. You may need to experiment with your internet browser to get the form onto one page. In 'View' you may need to select a smaller text size. In 'File>PageSetUp' you may need to adjust margins.
Archive Editors may wish to file Recording Forms so that a paper copy of the original field observation is always available.
